At Impact, we appreciate the game of volleyball for the establishment of lasting relationships, effective communication, and sense of unity that it provides for players and our team family as we work toward the common goal of improving skills, winning matches, and building strong people.

We are a goal-oriented program. We set high goals and make plans as teams, and with individuals throughout the season to reach them. We focus on the basics of volleyball skills at all levels of the game to establish disciplined players who will have the tools to succeed in every program they advance to.

One of our goals is helping players advance to playing at the next level. We have a strong historical record of sending our players to continue their playing careers and educational pursuits at various colleges and universities. Our coaches work attentively with players to help them in the recruiting process.

In addition to time in the gym, we believe that participation in multiple sports, extra-curricular activities, and adequate rest time is essential to help players reach their goals and maintain proper balance in their lives. We have established and expect strong parent support, and our players go on from their time with this club with long-lasting friendships and successes in the game and life.
